SC First Steps Board of Trustees and SC Early Childhood Advisory Council Meeting - September 2025

Meetings of the SC First Steps Board of Trustees and the SC Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) bring together legislators, agency leaders, and appointed citizens to promote the healthy development and school readiness of South Carolina’s youngest children. Both meetings are open to the public.

The ECAC meeting will begin immediately following the SC First Steps Board of Trustees meeting (approximately 3 PM).
