SC First Steps Board of Trustees and SC Early Childhood Advisory Council Meeting - December 2025

Meetings of the SC First Steps Board of Trustees and the SC Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) serve as a critical convening of public and private stakeholders working to ensure the healthy development and education of South Carolina’s youngest children. This annual meeting is held in-person at The Graduate, 1619 Pendleton Street, Columbia, SC 29201.

The ECAC meeting will begin immediately following the SC First Steps Board of Trustees meeting (approximately 1:30 PM).

Both meetings are open to the public. A limited number of seats will be available.
