SC First Steps Board of Trustees and SC Early Childhood Advisory Council Meeting - September 2026

Meetings of the SC First Steps Board of Trustees and the SC Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) bring together legislators, agency leaders, and appointed citizens to promote the healthy development and school readiness of South Carolina’s youngest children. The meeting location will be at SC First Steps (636 Rosewood Dr., Columbia, SC) unless otherwise announced. Both meetings are open to the public, space permitting. 

The ECAC meeting will begin immediately following the SC First Steps Board of Trustees meeting (approximately 3 PM).
